Services offered by Hoskia Hosting are deemed to have commenced performance upon activation and start of use. As they are categorized as digital services delivered instantly in an electronic environment, pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal or refund.
However, in cases where the service cannot be provided technically, interruptions caused by Hoskia Hosting, or detection of breach of contract, a partial or full refund may be processed upon the user's written request, following an investigation within the framework of the relevant legislation and service agreement provisions.
Domain names, licenses, third-party software, and similar services are excluded from the scope of refund once the registration or activation process is completed. Refund terms for campaigns, discounts, and promotional services may be determined separately.
Hoskia Hosting reserves the right of final evaluation and decision regarding refund processes.
